Hello shave ice enthusiasts! I hope you are all doing well this winter and looking forward to the warm, summer

months ahead.

As 2024 came to a close, I began to envision what 2025 would look like for me. This past year, I graduated from the

University of Michigan School of Nursing, successfully passed my NCLEX, and began as a full-time nurse at C.S.

Mott Children’s Hospital. This past summer was filled with amazing events, and I’m grateful to have served so

many wonderful customers across the state. To my repeat customers — you are the reason for my success. Your

support gave me the flexibility to manage events, studies, and personal time effectively. And to my first-time

customers of 2024, I’m so glad we had the chance to serve you!

I am sure many of you saw me flipping through PowerPoints while Carli, Emma, and/or my mom served our

wonderful treats. I am forever grateful for your understanding and support throughout my life and educational

journey. Every shave ice I’ve made over the past six years has helped me reach my goals and will continue to do so

in the years ahead.

Canton, we wouldn’t have been able to grow without your support. Since 2018, Canton Farmers Market allowed us

to set up our shave ice business and Canton Township’s continued support of events has been instrumental in our

success. As the business grew, I had the privilege of working with so many wonderful people across Southeast

Michigan. What I am most proud of, however, is my involvement with charities, fundraisers, and community

organizations. Thank you for taking a chance on a young business owner.

Meeting so many amazing people has been a true gift. Working across generations has shaped me into the nurse and

person I am today, and I will carry this with me in both my professional and personal life. I hope to cross paths with

many of you again. As I reflect on the conversations that were shared across the window, I remember the quiet

moments watching the world go by and the joy I was able to bring to those I served. No matter the age or

background, I am grateful for every interaction that this journey has given me.

Moving forward, I plan to focus on my career as a nurse, which means I will have listed the business for sale. If you

are interested, please contact me via email at ethan@littlekahunashaveice.com

I would love to connect with customers from previous events interested in booking for 2025, as I am making a

tentative schedule and hope to have the business sold within a few months. Prospective buyers would love to see a

full calendar and/or list of events. I plan on having an update by March 1st on the state of the business.

I would love to connect with people, businesses, and organizations on Linkedin. I hope to continue my work in the

communities across Michigan, as I will be sticking around the area as I work as an oncology nurse in Ann Arbor.

Please feel free to connect with me on LinkedIn as it’s the easiest way to reach me. If you do not have LinkedIn,

send me an email with your preferred method of communication.

Thank You,
